Game Upload Flow:

  1. Apply for whitelisting from the game creators portal

  1. Wait for 1 or 2 days for the game developer portal access. Reach out to the Arcadia community team if incase the game developer access is not provided within 2 days.

  1. If the game creator access is rejected or suspended ? Please reach out to the community team to communicate further.

  1. Once the game developer access is granted, now you can access the dev portal from this link.

  1. Select create game and choose Self hosted or Arcadia Hosted game. Self Hosted - The game was already hosted by the game developer ? They can register the game with Game URL. Arcadia Hosted - If the game is not hosted anywhere and wanted to utilize our hosting solution. You can upload your game via this option and we take care of the game hosting from our side. Note: Arcadia Hosted games will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete the hosting process.

Game Build File Requirements:

  1. The game should be browser compatible game.
  2. If the game was created using unity or any other engine. Try to convert the game build into WebGL format and zip the game files before uploading.
  3. Don’t create any folder while converting the build files into zip file. Make sure to keep the build files in root directly inside the zip file.

  1. Configure the game metadata and upload the game build or add your game URL and submit the game for the approval process.
  2. The game creators can see the game preview to verify if the game is working as expected while the approval process is happening. If the game build is not working as expected ? Developers can disable the game with status toggle, fix the game issue and reupload the game builds.

  1. The game approval process will take at most 3 to 4 days. If the game approval is delayed, please reach out to our community team in discord.
  2. Once the game is approved, the game will be displayed for all.
